How Megalis 20 Tablet Works

Tadalafil blocks the PDE5 enzyme in smooth muscle of penile blood vessels, allowing cyclic GMP (cGMP) levels to remain elevated. This promotes relaxation of blood vessels and increases blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal. It does not increase sexual desire and requires sexual stimulation to work.
