How Megalis 10 Tablet Works

Tadalafil blocks the PDE5 enzyme in penile smooth muscles, increasing the levels of cyclic GMP (cGMP). This relaxes blood vessels and boosts blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal. It supports natural erection but does not increase libido or sexual desire.
