How Tazzle 10 Tablet Works

Tadalafil inhibits the PDE5 enzyme in penile blood vessels. This allows cyclic GMP (cGMP) to remain active longer, relaxing smooth muscles and increasing blood flow to the penis. As a result, Tazzle 10 Tablet helps achieve and maintain an erection when sexual stimulation is present. It does not increase sexual desire on its own.

Directions for Use

Take Tazzle 10 Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Swallow the tablet with water (or allow to dissolve in the mouth if it is an orodispersible form, as per pack instructions), usually at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. It may be taken with or without food, but very heavy or high-fat meals may delay the onset of action. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours. Sexual stimulation is required for the medicine to work.

Side Effects
