How Tazzle 20 Tablet Works

Tadalafil inhibits the PDE5 enzyme in penile smooth muscle. This increases cyclic GMP (cGMP) levels, causing blood vessel dilation and increased blood flow to the penis. It supports natural erection when sexual stimulation is present but does not increase libido or sexual desire on its own.

Directions for Use
